ADVENT COMMUNAL PENANCE SERVICE:
For the Parishes of:
Carrollton, Malvern, Minerva, Morges & Waynesburg
Tuesday, December 13, at 7:00 pm at St. Francis Xavier, Malvern
We invite all to take advantage of this opportunity to celebrate this Sacrament of God’s mercy and forgiveness.
Five to six visiting priests will be available to assist hearing confessions.
The minimum which a good Catholic should celebrate the Sacrament of Confession is at least once a year.
ADVENT MISSION WITH THE HOLY ANGELS ~ There will be an Advent Mission with the Holy Angels at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception (Morges) preached by Fr. Titus Dieninger of the Order of the Holy Cross December 10-14. Please pick up a flyer in the back of the church for more information.
SACRAMENTAL MEETING ~ There will be a meeting for the parents of children preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion this Sunday, December 11 at 9:45 AM in the hall. This will be an informational meeting regarding the Sacramental program which begins in January.
KNIGHTS of COLUMBUS ~ Will meet this Wednesday, December 14th in the Parish Hall at 7:00 PM. This will be our organizational meeting. You must be an initiated member in order to attend the meetings.
ORGANIST POISTION~ We are in need of an organist at St. Mary’s, Morges. Sat. Mass 6:30PM, Sun. Mass 11:00AM either or both. Phone 330-866-9718
