CLIMB ABOARD for a HIGH SEAS EXPEDITION: EXPLORING THE MIGHTY LOVE OF GOD sign up now for Vacation Bible School June 6-10, 6:00-8:30 PM at the Church of Christ (Christian-Disciples). You and your crew will experience the deep rolling waters of God’s love. Enjoy snacks from the galley, ship rec games, sailaway cinema and many more adventures ending with a Floating Finale. (You will want to bring a t-shirt (no browns) for stenciling.) Forms are located in the back of church.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR GRADUATING SENIORS ~ CLASS OF 2010
TIFFANY BAIR graduated March 21 with a double major in film studies and English from Ohio State University. She plans to continue graduate studies at Muskingum University this Fall. But wait that’s not all: Tiffany’s birthday was the 20th of March, graduation was the 21 AND she got engaged on the 22nd!! Way to go Tiffany. Best wishes!
GAGE SPEARS graduated from Carrollton High School and will be attending Miami U in the fall majoring in pharmacy

MEMORIAL DAY ~ Memorial Day weekend officially kicks-off the summer season: picnics, vacations, relaxing, etc. Memorial Day itself though reminds us of a more serious matter: the remembrance of those who have died defending our land and those values which we hold dear, as well as recalling the memory of our loved ones who have died.
At a time of the year when we feel the fullness of life in our summer activities, it would be good to visit a cemetery and be reminded that life does not last forever – at least not here on earth, and that the fullness of life of a Christian is much more than what the world has to offer.
If you plan to visit the grave of a loved one, you are invited to use the “Prayer on Visiting the Grave of a Loved One” found in the back of church.
STORE HOURS: ST.VINCENT DE PAUL & LOAVES & FISHES are open 2nd & 4th Monday of every month from 12-2PM. And the 4th Monday in the evening 7-7:30 PM. The SHARING BREAD meal is the 3rd and 4th Monday of each month.
PRAYER CHAIN ~ The Prayer Chain has been and continues to be a tremendous asset to our parish. Would you like to be a part of this ministry?
