MEMORANDUM FROM THE DIOCESE OF STEUBENVILLE~ Questions have arisen during this period regarding the Swine flu and Mass. At this time it is the diocesan recommendation to encourage parishioners who are not feeling well to take such precautions as remaining at home if they are sick, refraining from drinking from the cup and from shaking hands at the Sign of Peace.
