Confessions: 6:00 PM Fridays of Lent
Adoration Mondays of Lent 6:00-8:00 PM
Stations of the Cross Fridays 6:30 PM followed by Faith sharing
Lenten regulations: Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the penitential season of Lent. Ash Wednesday, February 17, and Good Friday April 2 are days of complete abstinence from meat as well as days of fast. All other Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence from meat. The law of abstinence binds all Catholics 14 years and older. The law of fasting binds all Catholics 18 until their 59th birthday.
SHARING BREAD ~ Our Lady of Mercy is again committed to helping serve food at the “Sharing Bread” meals on Monday, February 22, Presbyterian Church, 4:00 – 6:00 PM. We are in need of 6-8 people to help serve food. The list and times are in the back of church. Children can also help who are old enough to clear off tables. Generally, 120-130 meals are served. HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS ~ Scholarship opportunity! The John & Blanche Mussio Scholarship application form is now available in the church office. The paperwork must be returned to the Diocese of Steubenville before Friday, April 4th.

HOSPICE VOLUNTEER TRAINING ~ Come learn about Hospice, team concepts, the rewards of volunteering and how you can help out! April 19, 20, 21, and 22. Time: 5:30-9:00pm.
